Good Morning Ladies! Hope everyone is having a good week so far. This week has been pretty rough for us but we will make it thru. Or should I say month!
New years day Briana turned 9! Wooohooo! WAAAHHHHHHHH! My baby is now 9 years old. She has turned into such a beautiful little girl. We went to pensacola about 25 minutes from here to get groceries and to take the kids to this jump place for her birthday. On the way home we ended up with a flat rear passenger tire out in the middle of nowhere on hwy 90. Sam went to go change the tire only to discover the damn dealership that sold us the jeep didnt give us a jack or the right sized tire iron. called at&t roadside assistance. They claim 2 hrs before they can get someone there. I called the owner of the wrecker service and explained its cold, im sitting in the middle of nowhere with 2 small kids and 250.00 worth of groceries in my car can you please come or send someone sooner than 2 hrs. Both kids were scared. The guy was rude and said we will get someone there when we can. So we started calling everyone we knew to find someone with a jack and a 4 way tire iron. 3 people stopped and tried to help but their tire irons wouldnt fit either and one guy tried a ratchet set but the nuts were on to tight. they even tried standing on the handle and bouncing. Finally my friend Karen came and brought a jack and tire iron and within 20 minutes we were in our way. Went ahead and got 4 new tires 485.00! Sam said if this is any indication on how the year is gonna go He wants to start the year over
Got woke up at 130am by Briana. Her sleep schedule is way off. She gets home from school and by 530-6pm she is out cold! Then she has been getting up around 1 or 2 am every night this week. We fight her every evening trying to get her to stay awake or to try and wake her up after letting her get a hr or hr and half nap but its no use once she is out nothing is waking her up. I put her on a movie and laid back down only to be woke back up at 3am by a very scared little boy screaming Im scared Im scared at the top of his lungs crying hysterically. Turns out he had a nightmare about a green with yellow dots snake that apparently was bigger than our home that would not leave him alone. The boy is terrified of snakes. This is the 3rd night this week he has had this dream. He hasnt seen any tv shows about snakes or movies so not sure what thats all about.
Its freezing here. got down in the 20's last night. The cold weather has about done me in. My joints are all red and swollen and my bones in my legs have been aching so bad. My primary dr started me on paxil and back on xanax to help with anxiety/panic attacks that have started to come back. He is referring me to a orthopedist and an oncologist for testing to find out why I have been hurting for over a year now in my bones. Not quite sure why he is sending me to a oncologist but guess Ill find out when I go. Say a prayer that one of them can figure out the problem and help me get better!
The county is putting in sewer lines and dug our entire ditch culvert and driveway up. Then when they finished the culvert is covered in dirt and our drainage ditch and pipe are now almost level with the yard. The owners before us paid 8k to have the culvert and ditch dug so the yard wouldnt flood with the rain and needless to say Sam is pissed its not fixed like it was before. The supervisor is suppose to come out here tomorow and see what he can do. My neighbors is worse. they left a huge hole in the middle of her driveway. Several of the neighbors called. They dug up a tree in one of their yards that was not on county property but behind their property line marker. Backed into another neighbors chainlink fence and damaged it. They didnt dig the lines straight it was nuts as to how crooked the line is going down the road. Always something ah!
With all the dust and pollen they stirred up digging everything up, Everyone's sinuses are bothering them. Briana's eyes are all gunked up, runny nose etc. Dylans been coughing and sneezing and has red itchy eyes. took them to the dr just allergies and she gave us eye drops for both kiddos. Briana hates them. We almost have to hog tie her just to get them in her eyes.
All in all its been one heck of a month! We are all ok, just super busy.Sorry for the novel and if you got this far thanks for reading!
